Creating your school

Getting ready

While creating your school you will be creating an account and profile for yourself as well and a distinct profile for your school. During the process you will prompted for the following information:
  1. First and Last name.
  2. Email address.
  3. Phone number.
  4. "About me" as it relates to you as an instructor.
  5. School's name.
  6. Preferred method of contact.
  7. "About us" as it relates to your school.
  8. Headshot of yourself.
  9. School logo or image.
  10. Invite code or invite link issued from Adozi.

Accessing the application

Adozi can be accessed via the iOS, Android and a web application. Be advised some functionality may be limited on the web application such as notifications.

Registering with the invitation

To register your school on the Adozi platform you must have an invitation code. If you have not yet received an invitation code please request one here. Upon receipt of an email invitation you will be presented with three registration methods. 
Select the started button (image below) to automatically launch the application and transfer your invitation code from the email to the application.

Via QR code

Also included is a QR code that can be utilized with your phone camera. This can be useful if you have opened the email on your computer. Again the invitation code will automatically be transferred to the application.

Manually inputting the code

  1. Copy or memorize the invitation code provided in the email.
  2. Open the adozi application.
  3. Select "Instructor."
  4. Enter the invitation code. 

Your personal profile

Immediately following the invitation code, you are directed to generate your personal profile. Please provide:
  1. First name.
  2. Last name.
  3. Email address, you will log in with this email.
  4. Password.
  5. Brief personal description.
Your first name, last name, and personal description will be visible to students.

Your school's profile

Upon completion of your personal profile your school has been created on the Adozi application. You are now be presented with the ability to add and edit your school's information. This information
  1. Organization name to replace the default placeholder generated.
  2. Contact field, enter your preferred means of contact in the field such as your phone number or your email.
  3. Brief organization description.
The information saved here will be visible to students. With the completion of this step you will be complete with the startup wizard.

Adding your corporate logo

Uploading your corporate logo is a quick and easy way to add a professional flair to your adozi presence, simply follow these steps inside the Adozi application:
  1. Navigate to "Organization."
  2. Select the image on the top of your screen.
  3. Select "Select photo" to upload a image from your device.

Adding your personal headshot

Similar to your corporate logo, a personal headshot is proven to increase customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. To add a headshot:
  1. Navigate to "My Profile."
  2. Select the image on the top of your screen.
  3. Select "Select photo" to upload a image from your device.
