Invite an instructor to your school

A business owner can invite fellow instructors to their school. This allows students to book classes with all the instructors at your organization while allowing the school owner to maintain supervisory and financial control. As an example a instructor cannot modify the company's banking information nor can they view all lessons given across the organization.

Getting started

To follow this guide you must:
  1. Be logged in as a Business Owner account.
During this process you will need:
  1. New instructor's email.
Nice to have:
  1. The new instructor's first, last names.

Inviting an instructor:

  1. Navigate to the Organization page.
  2. Select Instructors. Here you will see all instructors currently working for your organization.
  3. Select the "+" button on the lower corner of the screen.
  4. Enter in the instructors email address. This email address will be permanently linked to their account.

Signing up to an existing school as an instructor:

  1. Download the adozi application for your phone.
     
  2. Open the you have received from Adozi and press the following button to start your registration process.
  3. The application will automatically open and pre-fill some of your information.
  4. Immediately you will be prompted to confirm or enter your:
    1. First name.
    2. Last name.
    3. Password.
    4. Brief personal description.
  5. Your first name, last name, and brief personal description will be visible on your profile.
  6. After completion of the profile your instructor account has been created and is linked with the Business Owner's school. 
  7. To update your Profile picture, please navigate to "My Profile" and select the grey image at the top of your screen.
  8. Please select a personal photo to upload to your profile page.
