Using instant lesson
Instant lesson enables a walkup student to quickly block out and pay for your time.
Getting ready
To follow this guide you must:
- Be logged into Adozi as an instructor or business owner.
- Have a class established as a "Default class."
- Have a bank account linked to Adozi for card processing.
Using instant lesson
- Open the Adozi application.
- On the "Calendar" select the "+" button on the lower right corner of the screen.
- You will be presented with the "Create new" popup.
- Select Instant lesson. The Instant lesson will generate a lesson of your "Default class" which is selected during the "Create a class" procedure.
- The "Instant lesson" popup will be generated. This screen provides all the information a student requires to instantly book and pay for your time.
- After the student has completed the instant lesson process, the instructors phone will provide instant notification of a successful payment.
Changing default instant lesson
When an instructor creates their first class, that class is automatically utilized as the "Default class," including its cost and its length. If an instructor feels the "Instant lesson" should have different properties, they can select another class as the instant lesson.
- Navigate to "Organization."
- Select "Classes."
- Create a new class, or select an existing one that you want to select as your "Default class."
- On the top right corner of the application select the "..." 3 dots.
- Select "Edit."
- Navigate to the "Default class" toggle and activate itThe old "Default class" will automatically be deselected.
